Time.
The single biggest struggle with bookkeeping is making the time to do it.
I specialize in farm bookkeeping, but cover most small businesses.
I'm what falls into the 'boutique bookkeeper' category. Meaning I like to figure out what you're doing that works and lean into that while taking over and fixing the things that aren't working.
I find this works better than expecting someone to take on a bunch of new systems and practices that work for me but not for them.
When we get our systems in place, you'll see something magical start to happen.
So many of the things that used to stress you out will suddenly be taken care of. You don't have to...
Figure out how to categorize things the right way
Dread being late at tax time or missing a deadline
Stress about missing tax deductions
Wonder what you're going to do about all these little bits of paper you're drowning in (receipts)
Farmers - keep searching for grants
I understand. I hate paying people to do things I can do myself.
Maybe you just need some better systems and tools to make it manageable.
I offer a Find Your DIY Package where we work together to find the best tools and systems to have you set for life. (Or until you're making, like, a lot of money)
Or maybe you just need the right spreadsheet. I personally love Vertex42, or I've got some specialty ones you can check out here.

First we have an initial conversation where we discuss how your books are currently kept and how I can help.
We can have this in person, virtually, or over the phone.
I will create a document of our meeting notes that I will fill out as we talk, and share or email to you afterwards.
Next we sign an engagement letter that covers:
What services I'll do
How often we plan to meet
How much I will charge
How long the initial contract will run (3 months or 6 months)
Was there supposed to be a third step? ;) Nope. Not for you.
If want to talk, please schedule a consultation: Request Consultation or email cashkeep.bookkeeping@gmail.com
