I'm what falls into the 'boutique bookkeeper' category. Meaning I like to figure out what you're doing that works and lean into that while taking over and fixing the things that aren't working.

I find this works better than expecting someone to take on a bunch of new systems and practices that work for me but not for them.

Basic

The simplest and most affordable option.

Transaction categorization
Receipt management
Monthly reconciliation & financial statements
Regular meetings monthly or quarterly
Costs $100 + $3 per average monthly transactions (ex. if you average 20 transactions a month, it will be $100 + $60)
Does not include payroll, bill pay (AP) or invoicing (AR)

Full Charge

The most comprehensive and expensive option.

Basic +
Some or all of paying bills (AP)
Some or all of invoicing and follow ups (AR)
Payroll
Sales tax
Budgeting
Meetings weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or quarterly
Costs $200 + $5/per average monthly transactions (ex. if you average 50 transactions a month, it will be $200 + 250.

Custom Mix

The most flexible option.

Set Up - Generally $50-$100, depending on complexity

How Does It Work?

Initial Consultation

First we have an initial conversation where we discuss how your books are currently kept and how I can help.

We can have this in person, virtually, or over the phone.

I will create a document of our meeting notes that I will fill out as we talk, and share or email to you afterwards.

Sign Engagement

Next we sign an engagement letter that covers:

What services I'll do
How often we plan to meet
How much I will charge
How long the initial contract will run (3 months or 6 months)
